Through life coaching Jeana likes to help clients to become more self-aware, manage stress, develop more self-control, become more assertive, increase self-confidence, break unwanted habits, improve relationships, feel more self-motivated, unlock their real potential and manifest what they really want. Through counselling she likes to help clients overcome relationship issues, anxiety, abuse issues, anger problems, depression and other presenting problems.
