Alan Gilchrist GHR Reg is an accredited member of the Counselling Society and a member of the Hypnotherapy Society and the Hypnotherapy Association. He is a highly successful and well known hypnotherapist who has been in practice at the Belfast Hypnotherapy Centre for over 23 years. During that time he has helped many thousands of people to overcome their problems with the use of hypnotherapy (including his own Fast Track Hypnosis System which he has developed over the years). He has become well known through his successful demonstrations of hypnotherapy on TV programmes, such as 'Ask Anne' and his therapy service is unique thank to his use of environmental teachnology to augment the hypnotherapy process. Alan maintains practices in Belfast, Ballymena, Coleraine, Enniskillen, Omagh, Newry and Armagh and also holds special one day clinics throughout Northern Ireland. In January 2007 Alan also started a very successful Clinic on the Costa Blanca in Spain (in addition to maintaining his clinics in Northern Ireland). Alan has worked with many thousands of people including, salespeople, athletes, entertainers, TV. and radio personalities and also world champions to improve their concentration, self-confidence and performance.
