Sara Longmuir BA hons, BSc hons is a well qualified therapist with a Diploma and Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and a Diploma in Psychological Counselling (Dip. Psych. Couns). She is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy® an NLP Coach and she has a Psychology Degree. She is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (MBSCH) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).

If you want to feel more in control, Sara's hypnotherapy approach may be just the thing for you. She's widely qualified and has lectured in Clinical Hypnosis throughout the UK and in medical schools. Sara's work is focused, strategic and empowering. Stopping smoking may take only one session and she'll usually work with you for approximately three sessions on other issues. You'll learn the tools and techniques to feel in control again and enjoy life.
