Margaret Cook BA (Hons), M.Ed, Dip. M, D. Hyp, PDCHyp, MBSCH is a well qualified hypnotherapist with a Certificate, Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. She is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. Specialising in anxiety disorders, phobias, panic attacks, stress, exam/driving test nerves and confidence confidence building for public speaking and sporting performance.

Margaret likes to explain to potential clients that hypnotherapy is a safe and reliable for a great many problems, including those of an emotional and personal nature. It is a natural method of helping people to use their inner resources to improve their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. A person may have tried other therapies and strategies in the past to resolve a problem, but hypnotherapy may be a very different approach to those that they are used to. It is an active process, not just something that is 'done to you' rather you are involved and you are ultimately part of the solution.
