Helen Ryle, MICHP, trained initially in clinical hypnotherapy and analytical psychotherapy with the I.C.H.P. in Ireland. She has extended her training into the area of Meridian Energy Therapies and is a qualified EFT (emotional freedom techniques) and Emotrance (emotional transformation) Practitioner. Helen also holds post-graduate diplomas in Gold Psychological Counselling, Parts Therapy and transpersonal (spiritual) hypnosis.

Helen finds that using a combination of hypnotherapy with energy therapies enables her to help clients to find the root cause of their problems and to release those causes, which often lie in misperceptions and negative beliefs acquired during childhood. Releasing and understanding the emotions and energies which have been imprinted into the human system at an earlier time enables clients to increase confidence and self esteem, remove fears and phobias, release excess weight and maintain goal weight, sleep well, stop smoking and much more.

An introductory consultation is offered to all clients, without fee or obligation. The first therapy session lasts around 2 hours and subsequent sessions last around an hour and a half. The fee for a session is 85 euro, and includes a personalised re-enforcement CD to listen to as part of the course of therapy.

Helen runs a successful stop smoking programme which is approved by the National Psychotherapy Register of Ireland. It is a 2 session programme (1 x 2 hour session and 1 x 1 hour session) and includes a re-enforcement CD. The charge for the stop smoking programme is 250 euro.
