Sandra Westland Bachelor of Education (Hons) Adv Dip.Hyp/Psych MABH, GHR Reg, FMHPA, MHA, MUKHR, Adv PICT Therapist, PNLP, PG Dip. Existential Psychotherapy & Counselling, F FETT is an experienced hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, in practice since 1999 (Prior to that she worked for many years in education as a highly qualified senior teacher in a secondary school). As a full time therapist Sandra now divides her time between a successful practice in Colchester and work at a private psychiatric hospital. She successfully treats clients with issues ranging from anxiety to eating disorders.

Sandra is a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and has completed training in Counselling, Cognitive and Behavioural Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy and Analytical Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy. She has also trained to an advanced level in many different forms of Psychotherapy, including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Inner Child therapy and has attended workshops in specialist forms of therapy such as Transactional Hypno-Analysis and Transactional Therapy. She is also an Advanced Practitioner in Parks Inner Child Therapy (PICT).

Sandra is also a regular tutor for the Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses at the Contemporary College of Therapeutic Studies and she is continuing her own studies and she is now in the final year of her Masters degree in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling. Sessions are available with Sandra in London and Colchester.
