Tamsen Dip C.H, Cert Couns is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Counsellor with a Diploma in Health (Clinical Hypnosis) and she trained for three years in Melbourne Australia at the Academy of Hypnotic Science. Her hypnotherapy and counselling service is based in Cardiff, South Wales and she offers safe, non-invasive, therapy which works with the subconscious mind (the source of emotional and habitual behaviour etc). Tamsen uses her hypnotherapeutic understandings and skills to facilitate client's achievement of desired changes (helping them to overcome the negative thought processes and beliefs which create undersirable behaviour). Using a combination of counselling and clinical hypnosis Tamsen helps people to make significant positive changes that may enable them to live happier and more fulfilling lives.
