Hilarie has been practising as a Human Givens Counsellor for over six years. Besides her private practise she also works for several local NHS surgeries. Prior to this she ran her own training business for over ten years, teaching interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and stress management, plus several other more commercially orientated courses. She is a published Author who also teaches meditation for health, relaxation, pain management and personal growth. She is also a Counsellor for The Red Poppy Company.

Her experience within the NHS has enabled Hilarie to deal with many conditions ranging from depression and anxiety, self esteem building, chronic pain management and healing, addictions, phobias, trauma, relationship counselling and bereavement.

Charges: £85:00 per session for each of the first four sessions of one hour, £65:00 per one hour session thereafter.
